These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brass & Basin website and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Use of Our Site

You may use our site to browse and purchase products for your own personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access to our site for anyone who violates these Terms.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Made-to-Order & Natural Material Variation

Every sink we sell is hand-hammered to order by artisans in Fes, Morocco. Product photos are representative but not exact: because each piece is shaped and finished by hand from raw copper or brass, natural variation in hammer texture, surface marking, weight, and patina tone between individual pieces and reference photos is expected and is a feature of the material and craftsmanship, not a defect. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout unless other terms have been agreed in writing, such as through our Trade Program. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and the Brass & Basin name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission.

Our site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer of Warranties
