Shipping policy

Brass & Basin sinks are hand-hammered to order in Fes, Morocco. Because each piece is made after you order it, shipping happens in two stages: production, then transit.
Production Time
Please allow 6–8 weeks for your sink to be hand-hammered and finished before it ships. This lead time applies to every order, since we do not mass-produce or hold finished stock — each piece is made specifically for you. We'll email you when your order is confirmed and again when it goes into production.
Transit Time
Once your sink is complete, transit time depends on its size and your delivery method:
- Standard parcel (bar and prep sinks, smaller pieces): typically 5–10 business days after your order ships
- Freight delivery (farmhouse, kitchen, and other large sinks): typically 7–14 business days after your order ships
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
Freight Delivery Details
Large sinks ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside unless a white-glove or inside-delivery option was selected at checkout. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment. We recommend arranging help to move the piece indoors, as these sinks are heavy.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US and would like a shipping quote, contact us at customosaic@gmail.com before ordering. We're unable to deliver freight shipments to PO boxes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your sink's size, weight, and delivery address.
Delays
Because every piece is handmade, occasional delays can occur due to material availability or the artisan production schedule. If your order is running behind our stated timeline, we'll email you with an update. Contact us any time at customosaic@gmail.com for a status check on your order.
