A round brass bowl on a short pedestal foot, wrapped in a wide hand-engraved band of scrolling vines and leaves set against a finely textured background. The interior is hand-hammered in bright, polished brass, finished with a matching brass drain.

This vessel sink sits on top of the counter and needs only a drain hole, so it is easy to install on a new or existing vanity. It is made to order and engraved by hand, so small variations in pattern and tone are part of its character.

Vessel sinks sit higher than a standard sink, so pair it with a tall vessel faucet or a wall-mounted faucet, and allow for the bowl height when planning your vanity height.

Which size should I choose?

The 10 and 12 in bowls suit powder rooms and narrow vanities. The 14 and 16 in sizes fit most bathroom vanities comfortably. The 18 in bowl makes a statement on a wide counter. Leave space around the bowl for the faucet and for easy cleaning, and check your counter depth before ordering.

Sizes are the inside of the basin, excluding the rim. Measurements are approximate because each sink is shaped by hand.

Care and patina

Unlacquered brass is a living finish: it slowly warms to a soft, aged gold patina with use. Rinse and dry after use and wash with mild soap. Avoid bleach and abrasive pads. Made to order

Every sink is handcrafted when you order it. Custom sizes are available on request: contact us with your countertop or vanity measurements.

Choosing a size. Each size is listed in the selector above. Measure the inside width and depth of your cabinet or counter cutout, and leave a little room around the sink for a clean fit.

Farmhouse sinks: check the base cabinet width and the front apron height before you order.
Vessel sinks: check the faucet height against the rim. A taller faucet or wall mount works best.
Bar and prep sinks: undermount and drop in installation are both possible.

Installing. Copper and brass are softer than steel, so use a plumber who is comfortable with them. Seal the rim with a neutral cure silicone and avoid harsh solvents on the finish.
