Overview
An aged unlacquered brass robe hook with a simple J profile: a round solid brass arm reaches 3.5 inches from the wall, then turns up into a short tip with a gently flared, rounded end. It sits on a flat round wall plate 2.5 inches across, fixed with two screws.
The brass has an aged, darkened patina in a warm brownish gold, matte and slightly uneven, which suits old houses, plaster walls and unlacquered taps. Being raw brass, the finish keeps changing slowly with use. Buy one or a set of three or six for a bathroom, hallway or mudroom.

Care and patina
Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep it free of standing water. The aged finish is part of the look, so skip the brass polish unless you want it bright again; polishing will remove the darker tone. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive pads. See our Care and Patina Guide for more.

Does unlacquered brass change colour?
Yes. The aged patina keeps developing slowly. A brass polish will brighten it if you prefer a lighter look.

Size and install guide
Choosing a size. Each size is listed in the selector above. Measure the inside width and depth of your cabinet or counter cutout, and leave a little room around the sink for a clean fit.
- Farmhouse sinks: check the base cabinet width and the front apron height before you order.
- Vessel sinks: check the faucet height against the rim. A taller faucet or wall mount works best.
- Bar and prep sinks: undermount and drop in installation are both possible.
Installing. Copper and brass are softer than steel, so use a plumber who is comfortable with them. Seal the rim with a neutral cure silicone and avoid harsh solvents on the finish.

Craftsmanship
Every sink is shaped and hammered by hand in our workshop in Fes, Morocco, a city where coppersmiths have worked the metal for centuries. Small variations in the hammer marks are what make each piece one of a kind.
Materials and care
Solid copper or brass, with a natural finish that deepens with use. Rinse after use, dry with a soft cloth, and wash with mild soap. Avoid bleach and abrasive pads. Read the full care guide.

Will the color change over time?
Yes. Copper and brass develop a living patina. It deepens and warms with use, and you can slow or polish it back.
