Which size should I choose?

The 13 to 16 inch sizes suit bar, prep and outdoor sinks. The 17 inch and larger sizes work as a main kitchen or island sink. Measure your sink base cabinet and countertop cutout before ordering.

Dimensions

Inside basin (inches) Inside basin (cm)
13 x 13 in 33 x 33 cm
16 x 16 in 41 x 41 cm
17 x 17 in 43 x 43 cm
19 x 19 in 48 x 48 cm
21 x 21 in 53 x 53 cm

Sizes are the inside of the basin, excluding the rim. Measurements are approximate because each sink is shaped by hand.

Care and patina

Unlacquered copper is a living finish: it deepens from bright penny toward a rich brown patina with use. Rinse and dry after use and wash with mild soap. Avoid bleach and abrasive pads. See our Care and Patina Guide for the full routine.

Made to order

Every sink is handcrafted when you order it. Custom sizes are available on request: contact us with your countertop cutout measurements.

Size and install guide

Choosing a size. Each size is listed in the selector above. Measure the inside width and depth of your cabinet or counter cutout, and leave a little room around the sink for a clean fit.

  • Farmhouse sinks: check the base cabinet width and the front apron height before you order.
  • Vessel sinks: check the faucet height against the rim. A taller faucet or wall mount works best.
  • Bar and prep sinks: undermount and drop in installation are both possible.

Installing. Copper and brass are softer than steel, so use a plumber who is comfortable with them. Seal the rim with a neutral cure silicone and avoid harsh solvents on the finish.

Not sure it will fit? Send us your measurements and we will confirm before you order.

Craftsmanship

Every sink is shaped and hammered by hand in our workshop in Fes, Morocco, a city where coppersmiths have worked the metal for centuries. Small variations in the hammer marks are what make each piece one of a kind.
