An unlacquered brass P-trap kit for exposed bathroom plumbing: a straight tailpiece with a hex slip nut, a smooth round U-shaped J-bend and a straight wall pipe that finishes at a round brass wall flange. A matching solid brass push pop-up drain completes the set, as shown in the photos.

Made to be seen under wall-mounted basins, open shelf vanities and washstands. The raw brass arrives bright and shiny and slowly warms to a natural patina, so it pairs well with brass taps and handmade sinks.

Care and patina

Wipe dry after use to limit water spots. Unlacquered brass is a living metal: polish it with a brass polish to keep it bright, or let it mellow to a warm, soft patina over time. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive pads. See our Care and Patina Guide for the full routine.

Will it fit my sink?
The push pop-up drain fits standard sink holes of about 1.6 in (4.1 cm). Contact us with your drain and wall pipe sizes if you want us to confirm the fit.

What is included?

Does unlacquered brass change colour?
Yes. It arrives bright and slowly mellows to a warm patina. Polish it if you prefer the shine.

Choosing a size. Each size is listed in the selector above. Measure the inside width and depth of your cabinet or counter cutout, and leave a little room around the sink for a clean fit.

Farmhouse sinks: check the base cabinet width and the front apron height before you order.
Vessel sinks: check the faucet height against the rim. A taller faucet or wall mount works best.
Bar and prep sinks: undermount and drop in installation are both possible.

Installing. Copper and brass are softer than steel, so use a plumber who is comfortable with them. Seal the rim with a neutral cure silicone and avoid harsh solvents on the finish.
